The trip to Moab was a lot of fun, but too short. Some day I am going to have to go specifically for the sites and hike around. Matt and I only hiked for about 1 hour after my race.
In the car on the ride down. Matt and Myself and Becca and Kent. Kent got 15th over all in the race and 6th in his catagory. He is an all-star runner.
I think I am going to bring the high socks back into style. What do you think?
Becca, Brian, and Myself after the raceMy time was 1:56. Brian Mitchell beat me by about 30 to 40 seconds. the best part of the race was the food at the end.

Tuff Tiff strikes again. Yeah, I was amazed when you told me you were going hiking after your run too! I need to live by you so you can whip me into shape! Way to go Tiff.
